Side-View Horizontal Pose Reference Prompt

Image

The prompt requests a nearly horizontal torso in side view, one leg extended behind, the other bent downward and both arms held near the chest, in a 16:9 full-body composition. Two source images use blue hair with white clothing and blonde hair with a blue-and-gold costume; both bent knees touch the bed. They illustrate limb arrangement without verifying suspension, physical balance or safe execution.

The figure takes a **side-view suspended balancing pose**, with the whole body almost parallel to the ground, head toward the left of the image and legs extending toward the right. Raise the upper body slightly, with the chest and abdomen off the surface, a natural mild backward curve through the back and the pelvis slightly higher than the shoulders.
**Right leg / primary foreground leg:** extend it fully and horizontally backward from the hip, with the knee straight and toes naturally extended, making a long, nearly horizontal line with the torso.
**Left leg / lower supporting leg:** bend the knee deeply, pointing it vertically downward close to the surface. Fold the lower leg backward, bringing the sole upward near the underside of the other thigh to create a distinct inverted-triangle shape.
Bend both forearms and hold them near the chest, hands close together and palms facing each other, like a running arm swing. Let the elbows point naturally down and relax the shoulders. Keep the neck and spine in a continuous line, head slightly raised and gaze forward.
Emphasize **a suspended torso, one fully extended horizontal leg behind, the other leg bent downward, and a flying-like horizontal body line**. Convey an engaged core and strong balance, as if running in midair or flying like Superman.
Use a side-view full-body composition with the entire figure visible from head to toe. Keep the camera at approximately body height, avoiding overhead and low-angle views. Maintain realistic joints, a natural center of gravity and believable muscle loading.
Negative constraints: no standing, sitting, both legs straight, both knees bent, a collapsed pelvis, excessive bending through the waist, backward-bent knees, extra hands or feet, fused legs, intersecting limbs, incorrectly oriented feet or distorted body proportions.
On a bed, barefoot, 16:9.
